This manual is pretty clear and concise. The labs are written so that students who have not had a lab before can follow along with a minimum of difficulty. The spiral binding is great for allowing the book to be folded in half, minimizing the space it takes up and narrowing the readers field of vision. However, it is difficult to erase data from the pages and in some cases a carbon effect was visible on future pages (writing from previous pages appeared like a check carbon). I would really recommend making sure that the user is clear about what they are writing as the erasing of data is difficult and putting a sheet of paper between the page you are writing on and the page below it prevents the carbon effect for the most part.
